One-to-one coaching
Let’s discover what’s important to you right now. Sometimes, coaching involves taking stock, and other times, it requires change.
Change towards what would work better for us and how you can perform at your best more frequently. Identifying where you are spending your energy is a solid starting point. How much is directed towards things you can change or influence, and how much goes into matters beyond your control?
Strategy coaching provides a space to develop specific steps (actions, behaviours, awareness) and to review them in a structured manner.
My coaching philosophy is to equip my clients with a toolkit that enables them to progress independently of me. This philosophy applies to personal, neurodiversity, and workplace coaching.
How does it work?
Coaching sessions are primarily delivered remotely online via Microsoft Teams. We will select a time that works for you and your employer. You will need a quiet space and a stable internet connection.
Workplace Coaching
Coaching blocks vary, but workplace coaching typically consists of two-hour sessions. A block can consist of anything from two hours. Coaching is goal focused and client focused.
You will receive a brief report at the end of each session, including your strategy summary, which we crafted together.
PowerHour is an offer specifically for those wanting to get started but do not have funding and want to a space to explore, talk and take away one or two practical skills to implement immediately.
